Carlton Hospitality provides luxury hospitality services including:

• Wellness resort accommodations and spa services
• Boutique and business hotel stays
• Luxury vacation home rentals
• Carlton Wellness Spa treatments and wellness programs
• Founding membership programs and exclusive experiences

3. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Comply with property rules and regulations
• Respect cancellation and modification policies

4. Founding Membership

Founding membership benefits and privileges include:

• Lifetime access to preferred rates and upgrades
• Priority booking and exclusive events
• Transferable benefits to immediate family members
• Access to members-only amenities and services

Membership fees are non-refundable after the 30-day cooling-off period. Membership terms and benefits may be modified with 90 days written notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment policies include:

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Credit card charges may include processing fees
• Membership payments are due in full upon application approval
• Late payment fees may apply to outstanding balances

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

• Hotel reservations: 48 hours advance notice required
• Spa appointments: 24 hours advance notice required
• Vacation homes: 7 days advance notice required
• Special events: Non-refundable unless cancelled by Carlton

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Carlton Hospitality provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding availability, quality, or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for personal property, injury, or consequential damages except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
